Our head chef Manfred has been in charge of our kitchen for two decades now. His modest, unassuming demeanour are no hindrance to his creativity.
His mixture of love and enthusiasm for this very important part of our hotel business has meant that Manfred is regularly praised by our guests. Herbs and other ingredients for our fine cuisine grow in our very own large organic herb garden.
